For future reference, any and all League Administrators have the ability to administer the league ruleset in any way, including but not limited to trying to levy less severe measures before following with a rule, this is what is known as a warning. Any future grievances with a process should be raised after a match has been played, as quarreling over the interpretation of a rule with an administrator before the game only further delays the match.

sorry for being late, I broke the recognition that korean teams always join on time.

Midget Apples does not agree with the way the match was handled. 17 minutes after the match began, Ambulas was still not readied up, having only 5 players compared to 9 from Midget Apples (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuoKK0rc0CU&feature=youtu.be). Default win should have been given to Midget Apples as stated in the competitive rules. Based on live evidence from a teammate's live stream (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/559653375), Ambulas was only ready with 7 players approximately 25 minutes after the agreed time of {Feb 29, 21:30 UTC+9}.

Midget Apples' members would like to discuss this dispute on discord.

After reviewing what Midget Apples has submitted, along with the times noted in logs.tf, the match is being overruled as a forfeit win to Midget Apples after Ambulas failed to ready up until 23 minutes past the agreed upon time, with the other team waiting with all of their players for almost 20 minutes.

I think it should be noted that there is a significant amount of misinformation going on here, and an assumed "bias". However I (core) recognize that giving a team the benefit of the doubt is supposedly not allowed and must fully enforce every single rule without leniency or failure.

We do ask that both teams remember to keep interactions in their match to a basic level of sportsmanship and compassion for the situations of others, as well as the desire to see a match played rather than forfeited.

Sorry for mentioning too late, but I thought I should ask about this topic again.

Its not about denying that we're late, but they didnt readied up even they have 9 players.

our teammate shiko's stream (he streamed after 20:52 UTC+9, its 19:52 SGT so basically 30 mins before the match.) (evidence is at the start of the video, his demo files.) [demos.tf] : Uploading demo match-20200229-2052-pl_borneo.dem (2052 means 20:52 UTC+9, seoul time.)

on his video, '준비됨' means Ready and '준비되지 않음' means Not Ready.

and also, in RSL rules, the team trying to claim a forfeit win must be readied if and only when 9 players are in the game server. If a player disconnects, this is broken. actually one of MA player dc'd after they started counting.

and I want to also ask how about logs? after Core joined and tried to solve this dispute, he said we should play this match and we actually played it. logs are above.

I think abstaining should not be preceded by general victory.

I thought if I don't challenge the results, our time that we actually played game will be wasted. I know we wasted MA's time, but I hope they wanted to play games.

No.
